Burness LLP advises the Management Team of McKinnon and Clarke
Leading Scottish law firm Burness LLP has advised the management team of McKinnon and Clarke, one of the world's leading energy consultancies and largest specialist provider of engineering based utility cost analysis services, on the management buyout of the business. The deal valued the business which operates across the UK, Europe, India and South East Asia at £22.1m and was backed by the private equity house, Lyceum Capital.
