Burness Employment law partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, David Morgan has been selected by industry magazine The Lawyer for its "Hot 100" for 2010. The prestigious list recognises those lawyers in the UK who have been at the top of their game in the last year and who are making things happen in the legal world. David was awarded this accolade following the firm's recent appointment as sole provider for employment law advice to gaming company Gala Coral Group, where David leads the relationship. The Lawyer also says of David: "But that was not Morgan's only achievement over the past 12 months: he also secured trophy client ITN for the firm, again for employment advice. Morgan was also part of the team that won a mandate to be sole legal provider for Glasgow Housing Association on three panels." David is listed among just five employment lawyers in this year's Hot 100 and one of only a few Scottish lawyers ever selected for the much coveted list.
