Will Cole

Will is a litigator in our dispute resolution unit, specialising in commercial litigation.  He has particular interests in corporate law, insolvency, property law, competition law and is a member of the Property Litigation Association. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London.
 
In addition to his knowledge and practical experience of court procedures, Will is experienced in alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation.  He works closely with colleagues in our corporate and property teams to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions for clients, and adds value to complex commercial litigation projects.
