Scott Peterkin

Scott has a broad commercial property practice incorporating development, the acquisition and disposal of investment property, the negotiation of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants, lease and asset management, sale and leaseback transactions and the property aspects of the restructuring and insolvency of UK businesses.

Scott returned to Burness in 2006 from his previous role working in-house as the company solicitor to a successful UK wide property development and investment company. Having been a client, he knows what a great legal service should look and feel like.
