Paula Kennedy

Paula is a director in the corporate team, specialising in investment funds.

Her areas of expertise include advising on the structure, establishment and operation of a wide range of investment funds and advising institutional investors on making alternative investments. Paula also advises on the use of Scottish limited partnerships in fund structures. In addition, Paula works on carried interest arrangements, co-investment schemes and secondaries transactions.

Prior to joining Burness, Paula spent a number of years working with Travers Smith.
