Morag Moffett

Morag works closely with our corporate finance, projects and property teams providing employment support on issues arising from business transfers and reorganisations, property transactions, PPP projects and contracting in/out situations.  She regularly advises clients in a broad range of sectors on large-scale (and often highly publicised) projects such as TUPE transfers, redundancies and collective redundancies, and harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment.  Morag has a particular specialism in relation to the application of TUPE and its practical implications for clients.
