Michael Wood

Michael is a specialist in environmental law, with a particular focus on non-contentious matters. He advises large corporates, SMEs, local authorities, local economic development companies and other agencies. 

He is an experienced commercial property lawyer with a recognised specialism in restructuring and insolvency work, in addition to  property finance. He also advises clients on all aspects of buying, selling, letting and developing commercial property as well as advising and co-ordinating the property aspects of cross-border corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Michael trained and qualified in the London office of Baker & Mackenzie and is qualified in both English and Scottish Law.
