Mark Patterson

Mark is an experienced commercial property lawyer and his work includes commercial leasing, the acquisition and sale of commercial and investment property and acting for a number of local and public authorities and similar organisations across a variety of projects.

He is also involved in portfolio management, development projects, property funding and working with the corporate department on commercial property issues in sale and purchase agreements and funding arrangements.
