Kirsteen MacDonald

Kirsteen is an experienced commercial litigator, specialising in media law. She advises on all aspects of media law, including defamation, privacy, contempt, and reputation management.  Having worked as in-house counsel with BBC Scotland, Kirsteen has a unique insight into managing media matters from the perspective of both broadcasters and corporate clients.

Her practice covers contentious media law and she regularly handles court actions, PCC complaints, mediations, arbitrations and other methods of dispute resolution.  In addition to her own practice Kirsteen regularly provides support to our corporate and employment teams.
