Kathleen McAnea

Kathleen specialises in non-contentious construction law.  She works closely with our property, banking and public/third sector teams, providing construction support on issues arising from property transactions and funding agreements.  She also has a particular interest in regeneration projects.

Kathleen has built up significant experience advising across the construction sector in relation to development work, procurement, appointment and contractual negotiations and PPPs.
