Joanna Fulton

Joanna advises on a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, non-payment, product liability, negligence, fraud, breach of trust and insolvency matters, as well as complex multi-party disputes with a cross-border element.

She advises on all stages of disputes, from pre-action advice, management and conduct of proceedings, to settlement. Joanna is qualified as a solicitor in both Scotland and England, originally training with Clifford Chance, and then working for Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong and London, before returning to Scotland in 2007.
