Helena Brown

Helena is an IP/IT and commercial contracts specialist with a particular focus on the technology and life sciences sector.  She  has over ten years of experience in advising a full spectrum of companies and organisations from spin out to blue chip and, in addition, many in the public sector and charitable sector. Helena has been involved in some of Scotland's most high profile outsourcing projects and technology investments and acquisitions. Helena is also an expert in e-commerce, freedom of information, data protection and privacy and has had several press articles published in these areas.
