Gillian Harkness

Gillian is a specialist public and third sector adviser.  She provides corporate, commercial and charity law advice specifically within a public and third sector context. 

Gillian’s particular areas of expertise include advising on public and third sector mergers, the formation and structure of companies with charitable status and the structuring of non-charitable trading subsidiaries, public sector outsourcing, the development of consortia and collaborative working arrangements, public procurement and state aid.
