Gavin Paton

Gavin operates in the construction, engineering, process plant, outsourcing and projects sectors. He provides advice on procurement strategy (including EU procurement issues), risk assessment/allocation, the drafting and negotiation of contract documentation and contract implementation issues. He also regularly advises on health and safety issues.

Chambers comments that Gavin’s clients rate him as “diligent, pragmatic and meticulous, and instrumental in delivering realistic solutions”. He also lectures in the construction law masters course at the University of Strathclyde.
