Gary Gray

Gary provides company secretarial services to around 500 companies, ranging from sole director private limited companies to listed plcs, and covering all sectors. He deals with statutory compliance for our company secretarial clients, and provides advice and guidance to ensure clients meet their statutory obligations. Gary also manages our incorporation service and deals with the formation of new companies. He works closely with his colleagues to provide support and guidance to clients across all areas of the firm.
