Fenella Mason

Head of the construction and projects unit at Burness, Fenella advises on all aspects of construction law from procurement routes and contract drafting through to dispute resolution. She regularly conducts adjudications, mediations and litigations and has handled numerous arbitrations for both national and international clients.

She has been involved in advising on many standard form contracts including NEC, JCT and ICE and drafted and adapted bespoke contracts for many sectors including rail, nuclear, health, office and retail.
