Emma has a strong background in the acquisition and disposal of investment and development properties as well as acting for both landlords and tenants, where she advises clients in the retail, leisure and office sectors.

Working closely with banking and corporate colleagues, Emma also offers extensive experience in property finance, acting for lenders in secured lending transactions. With dual qualification Emma frequently works on large and complex transactions with UK wide portfolios.
