Diane Turner

A former Procurator Fiscal Depute, Diane has vast experience in representing clients on a full range of regulatory matters - specialising in health and safety, trading standards, advertising, environmental and brand protection issues. Her prosecution background gives her an edge in advising commercial clients on how to effectively manage regulatory liability.
 
Diane's practice spans both contentious and non-contentious work including handling investigations, defending prosecutions and conducting fatal accident inquiries. In addition to transactional support, she advises clients on their health and safety and environmental responsibilities and liabilities including major projects involving contaminated land and urban regeneration.
