Daniel Gunn
Daniel has extensive experience of advising both private and public sector clients on a range of employment law issues. This includes supporting large restructures, advice on equality duties, guidance on complex TUPE questions and handling senior employee grievances and tribunal claims.
Daniel has represented numerous public and private sector clients at tribunal hearings covering claims relating to unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and discrimination among others.
Daniel also has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution having worked for one of Scotland’s leading commercial mediation companies prior to qualifying as a solicitor.
