Chris Gotts
Chris advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, joint ventures, equity fundraisings and flotations, for both public and private companies. He also has sector expertise in the technology, life sciences, energy and renewables sectors and is an expert in employee incentive schemes.
His recent work includes advising:
- AIM listed SeaEnergy PLC on the £42 million sale of its 80% interest in SeaEnergy Renewables Limited to Repsol Neuvas Energias S.A;
- Touch Bionics on its £2.5 million equity fundraising and several prior multi-million pound fundraisings;
- AIM listed Lansdowne Oil & Gas Plc on its recent £5m and £6.1m share placings; and
- Grosvenor Developments on the establishment of its joint venture with The Universities Superannuation Scheme to acquire the Heritors portfolio of 290 prime residential properties in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
