Caroline Strathdee

Caroline advises employer and trustee clients (including corporate organisations, public bodies and not-for-profit charitable organisations) on all aspects of pensions law.  This includes advising on the pensions implications of TUPE, corporate activity, legislation, participation in the Local Government Pension Scheme in Scotland, and drafting, reviewing and revising pension scheme documentation.

She is also uniquely exposed to and regularly involved in advising on the employment law aspects of pensions issues, for example changes to pension provision, service agreements and compromise agreements. Caroline is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
