Caroline Drummond

Caroline has spent many years advising developers, investors and the public sector on all aspects of development work. Her practice has evolved to include advice on the legal aspects of energy performance of buildings, and she is a member of the main board of the Scottish Property Federation. 

Caroline gives specialist advice on site acquisition and assembly, development and funding agreements, planning and environmental aspects, leasing and licensing and investment sales.   She is consulted by developers, funding institutions, public sector and housing associations. She also has particular expertise in the social housing sector.
