Our restructuring & insolvency team are expert in advising stakeholders (including security holders) on all matters relating to businesses in financial distress.
We advise on all types of formal insolvencies including receivership, administration and liquidations, and work with all the leading insolvency practitioners, including the Big Four firms, both in Scotland and across the UK. We have detailed experience in relation to advising on debt reorganisations; debt for equity swaps; security enforcement strategies and related matters; bank driven rescheduling; and scheme arrangements. We also have particular expertise in advising on the sale and purchase of distressed assets and all other aspects of corporate reorganisations.
