We have completed a series of high-profile corporate deals for Standard Life plc, including its acquisition of threesixty Services LLP. Lorna Finlayson, head of our regulatory team, has vast experience both in Scotland and in the City. Prior to joining the firm, she managed the team at Direct Line Financial Services, guiding the business in relation to product development, marketing and compliance matters.
