We’re able to provide a wider range of advice than more traditional insolvency lawyers by bringing together and seamlessly integrating one team of talented and energetic lawyers across multiple disciplines.

We advise on all types of formal insolvencies including receivership, administration and liquidation, and work with leading insolvency practitioners. Our experience includes advising on debt reorganisations; debt for equity swaps; security enforcement strategies; bank driven rescheduling; and scheme arrangements. We also have particular expertise in advising on the sale and purchase of distressed assets and all other aspects of corporate reorganisations.

Our team is recognised not just in Scotland, but also in the wider UK where we have acted in UK-wide restructurings that require Scottish input.
