Product liability issues can have a massive effect, not just on the financial performance of a company, but also more importantly on its reputation. Where problems arise, a client has to know that they can engage a team that can be mobilised immediately with the ability not only to deal with issues in the Scottish jurisdiction, but also with experience of engaging with a global strategy. The team also has to be able to project manage multi-party actions.
