Burness is at the forefront of these developments through, in particular, our appointment as sole provider of legal advice and consultancy services to the South East Territory hub. This important strategic appointment involves us at the outset of this new model for the delivery of NHS and local authority projects. 

We proactively project manage disputes through adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation, acting for international players including Carillion, Graham Group and Royal Sun Alliance. 

Regularly advising on standard and bespoke forms of construction and engineering contracts and design team appointments, we use framework contracts and procurement strategy (including specialist EU procurement advice), acting for a range of clients including Grosvenor Developments, Dunne Group and Lothian Health Board.
