Burness has appointed a new Legal Director, Morag Hutchison, in its employment law group. Morag, who will be based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, brings with her extensive experience in the financial services, education, energy, and public sectors. She has a particular specialism in the delivery of employment law training and her contentious experience includes acting for several of Scotland’s largest financial services organisations.

Previously, Morag has held senior positions with Pinsent Masons and Brodies and commenting on the appointment, head of employment Ronald Mackay said:
